The problem you already have

You can recruit people to Midland. Keeping them is decided after hours.

Every employer in the Basin competes for the same mid-career talent. The offer letter is half of it. The other half is whether a spouse, a family or a 28-year-old engineer can picture a life here.

A 2026 Texas A&M study for the Midland Development Corporation found Midland ranks well on athletic fields and sidewalks and short on restaurants, coffee shops, trails and places to go. It recommended treating quality of place as economic infrastructure, like roads.1

Gallup and the Knight Foundation found the same across 26 cities: people stay where there are social offerings, openness and beauty, ahead of jobs.2

What the Midland Art Crawl is

No table to buy. No dress to buy. No babysitter to book.

Four Fridays a year, local businesses become the galleries and the stages. Nobody buys a ticket. Kids come. Artists keep 100% of what they sell. A gala table buys eight people a seat. This buys everyone else the door.

What your people get

A night your team can bring anyone to.

The recruit visit

Fly a candidate in on a crawl Friday. Walk five stops in two hours and show them a Midland they didn't expect. We send you the route a week ahead.

A team night that isn't a dinner

Come as you are, bring the kids, stay as long as you like. Nobody has to be "on," and nobody needs to know anything about art.

Hands-on volunteering

All Ages Experience stops need facilitators for a fixed run of 150 participants. Your people run one. It's counted, photographed and reported.

Proof for the people who ask

Every partner gets a short impact report within seven days: guests, artists paid and activity counts, with the method behind each number.

How your recognition reads at the stop

How it works

Start with a fifteen-minute conversation.

  1. Tell us what interests you

Mark one or more partnerships below, or leave it open and we'll suggest a fit.

  2. Talk with Stacy

A 15-minute call about your company, your team and what you'd like your name on.

  3. Confirm when ready

If it fits, we hold your spot and send a short agreement. Confirm by November 6 so your name makes print.

  4. Bring your team

Friday, December 4. Seven days later, your impact report is in your inbox.

Let's talk

Tell us what interests you. We'll set up a quick call.

No commitment and no payment. Stacy reaches out within one business day to find a time, answer questions and talk through what fits your team.

What interests you? (pick any, or none)

No commitment and no payment. Cultura West is a 501(c)(3), EIN 92-3680378. We use your details only to follow up with you.

Questions

Before we talk.

Does filling out the form commit us?

No. It tells us what interests you so we can set up a call. Nothing is held or invoiced until we've talked and you confirm.

When do we pay?

After the call, if you decide to go ahead, we send a short agreement and an invoice from Cultura West.

What do you need from us?

A logo file and the name of the person who should get your impact report. If you'd like your team to volunteer or a recruit to walk the route, tell us and we'll plan it with you.

What if we miss November 6?

November 6 is the print deadline for the map, passport and signs, so we'd like to talk before then. After that, Crawl Friend is still open, and we can talk about the spring crawl or a 2027 season partnership.

Can we fund more than one crawl?

Yes. Season partnerships cover all four 2027 crawls. The December presenting partner gets first refusal on the full season.

Is our partnership tax-deductible?

Cultura West is a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 92-3680378. How your company treats the payment depends on your situation, so please check with your tax advisor. We're glad to provide whatever documentation they need.

Will our brand turn a venue into a sales booth?

No. Recognition sits on the experience you fund — the activity, the map, the sign at the door — not on product promotion. That keeps the night about the art and keeps your name tied to something people enjoyed.

Put your name on the night Midland goes out together.
