Accountability layer
Transparency.
A foundation researcher should be able to check eight to twelve credibility signals in under five minutes. Here they are.
Cultura West, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 92-3680378) based in Midland, Texas. We steward money carefully, govern by clear policy, and publish what we can — backfilling documents like our Form 990 and audited financials as they're issued. Transparency isn't a page; it's how we earn the right to ask for support.

Financial philosophy
How we steward money.
We fund the mission before the monument. Our stated 2026 priority is to fund the Midland Art Crawl festival and a minimum Cultura West operating base before pursuing major capital acquisition. We keep overhead lean, reconcile revenue against our processor and bank monthly, and report budget-versus-actual to the board. Every dollar is accounted for, because trust is the asset that makes the rest possible.
