Four standing committees carry the work between board meetings. Marketing now lives under Programs; Development owns fundraising as its own committee.
Programs Committee
Charge: Quality, alignment, and impact of Cultura West's programs — events, cultural experiences, the membership experience, and all marketing and communications.
Chair: Programs Committee Chair · Cadence: Monthly or as needed

Charge: Sustainability and revenue — sponsorships, donors, partnerships, fundraising campaigns, and stewardship of the people who fund the work.
